Transaction fees include fiat on-ramping in the sending country and fiat off-ramping in the destination country, which are fees charged by local banking partners. We pass along these fees to the customer without adding any markup unlike our competitors which you can clearly see. Neutronpay only makes money off of our industry low 1% spread which we are very upfront about.
If the send amount is from outside of Neutronpay we cannot control that fee, only the receive fee.
